Pure Pride

At Sassy Events, we believe that every celebration should be full of colour, joy, and community - and that’s exactly what we found at Pride Portsmouth 2025. We were beyond excited to set up our vibrant booth in Southsea for this year’s celebration of love, equality, and self-expression. 

 

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was electric. We were welcomed by a team of friendly staff who made our setup smooth and stress-free, allowing us to soak in the excitement from the get-go. Pride Portsmouth isn’t just an event - it’s an experience. One that brought together people from all backgrounds to stand united in support of the LGBTQ+ community. 

For us, Pride goes beyond rainbow décor and festival vibes (though we love both!). It’s a powerful statement of inclusion, and being part of this event gave us a chance to reaffirm that commitment. We want every person who interacts with Sassy Events to know that they are welcome, celebrated, and valued - no matter who they are or who they love. 

 

Our booth was full of bold colours, balloons, and smiles, and it was amazing to see so many people stop by, take photos, and share in the joy. It reminded us just how impactful events like Pride can be when they’re fuelled by authenticity and acceptance. 

Setting up in the heart of Southsea, surrounded by love, laughter, and pride, was something we’ll never forget. The sense of togetherness was palpable. From families and allies to local creatives and community groups, Pride Portsmouth was a celebration of everything we stand for - diversity, connection, and joy. 

We’re incredibly grateful to have been part of this incredible event, and we’re already looking forward to next year. Supporting Pride Portsmouth isn’t just something we do once a year - it’s part of our values every day. Whether we’re styling a wedding, setting up a birthday, or lighting up a festival, we’re here to make sure every event is a safe, inclusive, and fabulous space for all.
